are all located a stone's throw laterally away from Disney World, and Universal Studios in Kissimmee, Orlando, "You will be amazed at how close to Disney World you are."

We’re not an agency or management company!  Instead, you are dealing directly with the owners who rent, manage
and maintain only the homes we own. Also, dealing directly with us, the owners means saving on guest fees or commissions that other
booking websites charge. Lastly, dealing direct means that communication is essentially with us at all times, and we aim to give you the
best rental experience we can.

The Formosa Gardens Area and Formosa Gardens Estates – This is a peaceful, upscale area and gated community with
vacation rental homes and holiday villas very near Walt Disney World and close to all the other Orlando area attractions.
